The client is a home goods retailer based in Panama, specializing in high-quality outdoor furniture with a focus on meeting the needs of elderly customers.

The Panama customer looking for some good quality and cheap price zeor gravity lounge chair. They had bought these chairs from other suppliers before, but caused some qualitty and claim problems: the lock mechanism is not stable, each angle level can not maintain after customer adjusted, and cause some anxious for the customers, especially for the elder customers, result in bad selling and lots of returns.
Firstly improved our armrest frame that connecting with lock mechanism part in each angle point, made some samples for testing for each seating&lying angle, unfortunately, the problem was still there;
Second, we tried different shape locks, and made samples for testing as well. Good news was that, it was improved.
After that, we made more samples through our full production procesures, and conducted full tests like loading test, stabling test, even drop test. All were good.
Finally, we sent the improved samples to our client for checking and testing.
After one month , client finished checking and agreed to start the massive production. Meanwhile, we made one of the approved sampe as first confirmed sample, let the full production process follow this sample quality strictly.
One months later, three containers chairs loaded and shipped to our clients.
